5. Reports/Discussion Agenda:

a. Item Request – Receive Accommodation Tax Committee Recommendations – Ms. Sharie Nickles.

b. Item Request – Receive an Update from Mayor Cook regarding issues related to CAT transit grant funding, recent actions of GPATS (acting as the Greenville Urbanized Area Designated Recipient), and proposed sub-allocation funding allocations for the new fiscal year – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

c. Item Request – Review and discuss changes to the Proposed Rewrite of the City Zoning Ordinance including the zoning map – Ms. Sharon Richardson.

d. Item Request – Receive the FY 13/14 Leased Property Financial Report – Mr. Andy Blondeau, Assistant City Administrator.

e. Item Request – Receive a report from Planning & Codes Department regarding the Rental Housing Program inspection issues and efforts to resolve inspection deficiencies at some rental properties – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

f. Staff and Council Reports.

6. Policy/Action Agenda:

a. Item Request –Consider for 2nd Reading of an Ordinance of the City of Clemson to close portion of an unused 33 foot right-of-way and convey it to the abutting landowners, as defined on the attached plat of survey dated July 5, 2014 by John Robert Tuten, and incorporated within said Ordinance – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

b. Item Request – Consider for 1st Reading of an Ordinance to adopt a rewrite of the City Zoning Ordinance including the zoning map – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Administrator.

c. Consider approval of a Proposal from Seamon-Whiteside & Associates for preliminary planning design for streetscape improvements for the Old Calhoun District of the City of Clemson – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.

d. Item Request – Consider displaying a banner at the flag plaza promoting the Art Center’s 20 x 20 Invitational Clay Event – Mr. Andy Blondeau, Assistant City Administrator.

7. Executive Session:

a. Discuss legal issue.
