b. Item Request – Consider authorizing the Mayor to accept an Offer of Intent to Sell an 8.65 acre tract of land, located on Issaqueena Trail, owned by The Bishop of Charleston and handled under the direction of the Saint Andrew Catholic Church; and to initiate a petition for Special Exception for a Fire Substation building – Mayor J.C. Cook, III.
d. Item Request – Consider approval of Change Orders #3 and #4 for the US Highway 123 Gateway Village Road Improvements (Cover memo and documents attached for City Council review). – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
e. Item Request – Consider a Resolution amending the Utility Billing Service Agreement between the City of Clemson and the County of Pickens; and providing a reduced and retroactive prevailing rate – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
