a. CC-2015-23/2015-R-02. Receive a report on proposed minor changes to the architecture of the buildings Fendley-Earle Planned Development by Collegiate Development Group, LLC.
b. 2015-R-09: Proposed Text Amendment to the Article XI. Architectural Review to rewrite the standards for the existing architectural review districts and to establish new districts as a Zoning Map Amendment with associated design standards assigned to the new districts.
c. 2015-R-30: Request by Jack Shadwick to rezone a lot, approximately .54 acres+/-, owned by Ralph Alexander, Inc. located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Skyview Drive and Stardust Lane from R-20, Single-family Residential District to CP-2, Community Business District. (TMS# 4054-15-63-0933)
5. Discussion Items
a. 2015-R-23: Proposed Text Amendment to Article VII Signs to correct Scribner’s errors and add standards for electronic signs for fuel stations, and to Amend Section 19-107 Definitions.
b. Discuss possible text amendment to Article IX, Bufferyards, Screening, and Landscaping Specifications.
c. Discuss possible Text Amendment to the City of Clemson Zoning Ordinance to address Bufferyard/Screening requirements for Residential Developments, Various other than multifamily or townhouse abutting R-20 or R-12 Single-family zoned properties.
