     a.  2016-V-01:  Applicant Michael Sherrill is requesting a Variance from the rear setback requirement of 5 foot from property line, which in this case is the Corp line to a 1 foot setback from the Corp line, on a parcel located at 105 Houston Street.

     b.  2016-V-02:  Applicant Michael Sherrill is requesting a Variance from the maximum combined length of 200’ for Townouses.  The Applicant’s intention is to build a single townhome for a total of 210’ to be located at 105 Houston Street.
