a. Item Request – Receive the Recommendations from the Accommodation Tax Advisory Committee regarding the distribution of tourism related to ATAX grant allocations for fiscal year 2013-2014 – Mr. Herb Tyler, ATAX Committee Chair and Ms. Sharie Nickles, Assistant Finance Director.

b. Staff and Council Reports.

6. Policy/Action Agenda:

a. Item Request – Consider for 2nd Reading a Proposed Text Amendment to the City of Clemson Zoning Ordinance to add pet grooming as a conditional use in the CP-1 & CP-2 Districts – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Director.

b. Item Request – Consider a Request to schedule a public hearing on a Zoning Map Amendment requested by Bluestone Land, LLC for the parcel at 403 College Avenue to be rezoned from CP-1 Neighborhood Business to C General Commercial (PIN 4044-16-83-0308; File #2013-R-02) – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Director.

c. Item Request – Consider a financial appropriation from the Hospitality Tax Fund and/or Local Option Accommodations Tax Fund to the SC Botanical Gardens to assist with costs related to flood recovery efforts for this local tourism destination asset – Council Members Ducworth and Wright.

d. Item Request – Consider accepting ownership of all streets in the Clarendon Hall subdivision as shown on plat surveyed by R. Jay Cooper P.E. & L.S. 4682 dated June 4, 2007 recorded July 19, 2004 in plat book 505 page 1 record of Pickens County, SC – Mr. Andy Blondeau, Assistant City Administrator.

e. Item Request – Consider a Resolution to approve the City of Clemson Employee Safety Manual as approved in the original Resolution dated March 18, 2002 – Ms. Tracy Taylor, Human Resources Coordinator.
