5. Reports/Discussion Agenda:
a. Item Request – Receive the decision from the Clemson Board of Zoning Appeals regarding the Special Exception land use for a fire substation in a residentially zoned district and discuss purchase and financing issues for acquisition of the proposed site – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
b. Staff and Council Reports.
6. Policy/Action Agenda:
a. Item Request – Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance authorizing the City of Clemson to execute and deliver a 2013 Equipment Lease Purchase Agreement for an amount not to exceed $178,000.00 to defray the cost of acquiring ten (10) police vehicles – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
b. Item Request – Consider an Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Clemson and ONE Clemson, LLC, developer of the “Underhills” mixed-use development project – Mayor J.C. Cook, III.
c. Item Request – Consider a Resolution that formally requests funding assistance from the Greenville-Pickens Transportation Study Policy Coordinating Committee, from the Transportation Alternatives Program project list, for the Berkeley Drive Shared Use Path and Pedestrian Bridge project – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
d. Consider authorizing a one-time exception to the City’s merit pay plan to allow for budgeted compensation changes, based on performance review and evaluations, for fiscal year 2013-2014. This exception would allow merit reviews to be compressed to the first three months of the new fiscal year – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
