6. Reports/Discussion Agenda:
a. Report and discussion on City Council attendance at the International Town & Gown Conference held June 2-5, 2013 – Mayor Cook.
b. Mr. Will Huss, representing a local mixed-use project developer, to address City Council to request utility extension assistance through an Infrastructure Reimbursement Program agreement for this project – Mayor Cook.
c. Item Request – The Clemson United Methodist Church building committee has requested that the City of Clemson consider allowing an easement that would allow a driveway entrance to be connected to the Clemson Park parking lot; (Sketch Plan) – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
d. Staff and Council Reports.
7. Policy/Action Agenda:
a. Item Request – Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to adopt Chapter 16, Article IV. Vehicles without Motors, Section 16-68 through 16-78; authorizing and establishing regulations for the permitting and use of Multi-Passenger Pedal Ride Bikes as a business operation in the City of Clemson – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
d. Item Request – Consider a date for a public hearing for a proposed Text Amendment to the City Zoning Ordinance to allow pet grooming as a conditional use in the CP-1 and CP-2 districts; File #2013-R-01) – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Director.
f. Item Request – Consider an Agreement between the City of Clemson and the International Town & Gown Association that converts a financial line of credit into a formal loan repayment agreement – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
h. Item Request – Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance authorizing the City of Clemson to execute and deliver a 2013 Equipment Lease Purchase Agreement for an amount not to exceed $178,000.00 to defray the cost of acquiring ten (10) police vehicles – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
8. Executive Session:
a. Consider an appointment to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
b. Discuss a possible land acquisition by the City of Clemson.
