a. Item Request – Consider 2nd Reading of a request to amend the City of Clemson Code of Ordinances Section 19-308(c). RLC, Residential-limited Commercial District, Conditional Uses to add Student Fellowship Centers, Student Unions, or similar uses including a Caretaker Apartment – Ms. Jennifer Folz, City Planner.
b. Item Request – Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of not exceeding $1,200,000.00 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2014, of the City of Clemson, and authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to determine certain matters relating to the bonds – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
c. Item Request – Consider a Memorandum of Understanding between Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, Inc. and the City of Clemson for a land master plan process for certain tracts of property that Pacolet Milliken Enterprises will be selling or developing in the near future – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
d. Item Request – Consider bid results for the College Avenue stormwater project – Mr. Kent Guthrie, City Engineer.
e. Item Request – Consider proposals received for the environmental report (NEPA) for the Berkeley Drive Pedestrian Bridge – Mr. Kent Guthrie, City Engineer.
f. Item Request – Consider a date for a show-cause hearing regarding status of a rental housing permit for 130 College Heights Blvd. owned by Greg Liu – Mr. Todd Steadman, Zoning Administrator and Mr. Jeremy Martin, Code Enforcement Officer.
g. Item Request – Consider approving the Child Development Center’s request to display a banner promoting registration at the Flag Plaza – Mr. Andy Blondeau, Assistant City Administrator.
h. Item Request – Consider approving the installation of a gazebo at the Child Development Center and a local match of $1,485.00 to the grant application from the Community Development Fund – Mr. Andy Blondeau, Assistant City Administrator.
