6. Policy/Action Agenda:
a. Item Request – Consider 2nd Reading of an Ordinance to amend the Code of Laws of the City of Clemson, Article II-Governing Body, Division 2-Rules of Procedure, Section 2-37 (a) – Meetings – Regular, which amends the starting time of regular meetings of City Council from 7:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Mayor J.C. Cook, III.
b. Item Request – Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to rezone 3.72 acres located on the eastern side of the intersection of Earle and Fendley Streets in Downtown Clemson from RM-3, Multi-Family Residential District to Planned Development for Collegiate Housing Group – Ms. Sharon Richardson, Planning & Codes Director.
c. Item Request – Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for a proposed Zoning Map Amendment 2015-R-12 Property Quest LLC, / Michael Newton; a request to rezone 209 Kelly Rd (1.65 acres) from CP-2, Community Business to RM-4, Multi-family Residential – (Public Comment) Ms. Jennifer Folz, City Planner.
d. Item Request – Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance for a proposed text amendment 2015-R-11 to amend Section 19-405, Table 19-405 to Clarify Grade Level Uses along Public Rights-of-Way for Mixed Use Structures – Ms. Jennifer Folz, City Planner.
e. Item Request – Consider approval of Clemson Area Transit request for proposal results and award of contract to Passio/Transloc as the vendor for GPS for all buses in the fleet, and authorizing a formal request for FTA Section 5339 Grant Funding for GTA and GPATS for this capital investment – Mr. Al Babinicz, CAT Director.
f. Item Request – Consider Bid award of a contract for water and sewer utility replacement for the Old Calhoun District Streetscape project to Payne, McGinn & Cummins in the amount of $200,301.00 – Mr. Kent Guthrie, City Engineer.
g. Item Request – Consider 1st Reading of an Ordinance to raise revenue and adopt an annual budget for the City of Clemson for the period of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 – Mr. Rick Cotton, City Administrator.
